PREMIUM POURS AND GRILLED CHEESE NIGHT

Cost: $100 plus taxes & fees
That’s right, we’re bringing out the good stuff. The bottles you don’t usually see on shelves, all in one place. We’ve gathered a lineup of small-batch producers for our premium beverage and grilled cheese pairing event back by popular demand, featuring 4 courses of expertly paired sandwiches, rare beers, sparkling wines, and a show stopping Basque cheesecake finale.
CHEESE AND WINE PAIRING

Cost: $75 plus taxes & fees
This event showcases an array of cheeses each matched with unique wines and complementary accompaniments. You can expect a fun, casual evening of learning and tasting as Andrew guides you through his handpicked selection of pairings.
GRILLED CHEESE PAIRING EVENTS
Andrew’s Cheese Shop’s Grilled Cheese Pairing Nights are a pop up dinner featuring decadent open face grilled cheese sandwiches each paired with either specialty beer or wine depending on the event. Over the course of roughly two hours, we’ll take you through four different pairings of grilled cheese expertly paired with a beverage, and then a unique boozy float with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
CHEESE & WINE PAIRING EVENTS
Guided by Andrew himself, this event showcases six distinct cheese, wine and accouterments pairings along with crudité grazing boards with fruits and vegetables to nibble on between tastings. To top it all off, we finish with a dessert float using Elio Perrone's Bigaro, a sweet blend of Moscato and Brachetto.
