Andrew Steiner is available for cheese consulting.  Our capabilities include:

Menu consultation—Andrew will hold tastings and work with the restaurant to develop the cheese menu
Wholesale pricing, with no cutting or case-breaking fee
Intensive staff training at the restaurant or the shop, with detailed cheese notes for all staff
On-site events—Andrew is available to host cheese events and tastings at your venue
