“Mozzarella Madness”

Every Wednesday, we take fresh curds from the renowned Caseficio Gioia in El Monte and transform them into fresh, delicious mozzarella braids, bocconcini, scarmorza and burrata.  We make a limited amount each week, so grab some before it sells out!
