The rates are as follows:

5 mile radius of the shop (West of the 405 only): $10

10 mile radius of the shop: $15

Over 10 mile radius from the shop: $1 per mile (measured in one direction)

Crossing the 405 between 4:00 & 7:30 weekdays: $25 surcharge above regular delivery fee (Have you ever tried crossing the 405 during these times?!)
