In our Cheese 101 course Andrew teaches the history, origin and the basics about cheese. We also have many of the most famous cheese available to sample! The next class is Thursday, October 15th at 7:30pm. The cost for the class is $25.00, which is due upon arrival.  The class is about 1&1/2 hours long, and Andrew with have you laughing the whole way through!
